Connected health lab (CHL) platform

The connected health research platform (CHL), which is inspired by Living Labs, is a veritable laboratory of uses in the field of e-health and in particular around new technologies in connected medicine (telemedicine) .
It is conceived as a keystone between research, technology transfer, innovation and education at the very heart of a changing socio-economic sector and multidisciplinary and fully integrated within the thematic cluster " Health and Society "of the UPEC.
This platform, built around sensors, display screens, cameras, objects and connected medical devices, will provide a real test framework for a set of case studies investigated at the laboratory level. All of these devices are interconnected by an experimental network based on the Software-Defined Networking (SDN) paradigm, which is a sort of software-defined network.
Thus, this platform allows the development, testing and validation of tools, in an "in vitro" environment within which it is possible to recreate the pathways of a patient according to several scenarios: hospitalized, remote monitoring, reached of pathology, loss of autonomy. Its main objective for us is to work on the development of tools and equipment adapted to each situation, to test them and then to validate them.
