Summary

The growth of the Internet, the emergence of new needs through the development of terminals, smartphones (smartphones, tablets, etc.) and the emergence of new underlying applications induce many changes in the use of more In More massive information technology in our daily lives and in all sectors of activity. These new uses need to rethink the very foundation of the network architecture which has resulted in the emergence of new concepts based on a "use-centric" view instead of a network-centric view ". In fact, transport network control mechanisms do not exploit information relating to data, control and management plans, but also knowledges, acquired or warned by deductive or inductive inference, about the current state of the network ( Traffic, resources, application rendering, etc.) so as to speed up decision-making by the network control elements. The work done in the framework of this thesis concerns the latter aspect and more generally relate these tours on the autonomous networks. It is in this thesis of implementation methods for the management, distribution and exploitation of the knowledge necessary for the smooth functioning of the transport network. The knowledge plan implemented here is based on the idea of developing a management within a hierarchical and adaptive structure where only certain selected nodes are in charge of the dissemination of knowledge and the idea of linking nodes through of a set of specialized covering networks to facilitate the exploitation of this knowledge. Compared to the platforms traditionally used, it was developed within the framework of this thesis shows the interest of algorithms developed with regard to access time, distribution and sharing of rights between control nodes for knowledge management. For validation purposes, this platform has been used in two application examples: cloud computing and smartgrids.
