Wireless cooperation diversity networks

The need for QoS for IT services in general, multimedia, nomadic and / or ubiquitous services in particular, which are currently undergoing great development, is of paramount importance in the future development of wireless networks.
Diversity makes it possible to significantly improve the probability of error and, above all, to make the link reliable compared to the fast fading of the signal due to multipath propagation. We then speak of ad-hoc networks with diversity of cooperation where the MIMO technology generalized to cooperating nodes, thus inducing the notion of virtual MIMO, will bring the desired QoS.
In a cooperative communication scheme, each user of the wireless network is expected to transmit his own data and act as a cooperating agent for other users. As is the case for MIMO systems, cooperation schemes will bring a gain in diversity that will make the network self-configurable and much more reliable.
